Villa 1 Rates:  The nightly rate for our 4 bedroom villa is AUD $179.00. per night for up to 4 guests and each extra guest (if more than 4) are charged an extra AUD $20.00. per person, per night.  This 4 bedroom villa can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests.

Villa 2 Rates:  The nightly rate for our 2 bedroom villa is AUD $169.00. per night for up to 4 guests and each extra guest (if more than 4) are charged an extra AUD $20.00. per person, per night.  This 2 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Our rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges.

Please Note: There is an additional 20% surcharge for any high season dates.  High season dates are from July 1st until August 31st and from December 20th until January 6th
